Seed or Sod?

This property is not sod its pure commercial grade seed, with proper chemical application, and watering.  Less than one year ago this property was a construction site with nothing but dirt. Today it is complete with a luxurious lawn of pure seed, NOT sod. We constantly get calls for sod and in some cases sod is the solution; however professional grade seed, chemical treatments by a professional and following our rules for watering can turn your lawn into one your neighbors envy!
